Formula Overview:

This 17-herb botanical protocol was developed to support patients with ER+/PR+ HER2– breast cancer, targeting key tumor pathways, hormone modulation, immune restoration, and inflammation. It is designed for compatibility with chemotherapy, radiation, and/or post-treatment care, and is available in both tincture and tea form.

Each herb has been selected based on extensive peer-reviewed research, with emphasis on clinical relevance, active compound synergy, and safety. This formula does not function as a direct hormone blocker but supports estrogen metabolism, ER/PR modulation, and genetic repair (e.g. p53/PI3K pathways) through integrative mechanisms.

Clinical Integration Summary:

Compatibility Notes:

  • Chemotherapy: No known contraindications. Several herbs (Astragalus, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Dang Gui) enhance hematologic recovery and reduce side effects such as fatigue and immune suppression.

  • Radiation Therapy: Formula is compatible. Antioxidant balance avoids excess ROS neutralization that could interfere with treatment efficacy.

  • Tamoxifen or Aromatase Inhibitors: While not a replacement, this formula supports estrogen metabolism and ER balance without increasing receptor stimulation. Herbs such as Zhi Mu, Green Tea, and Moringa show modulation, not mimicking.

Clinical Goals:

  • Promote apoptosis of ER+/PR+ breast cancer cells

  • Regulate estrogen metabolism and receptor signaling

  • Reduce inflammation and modulate immune checkpoints

  • Support post-chemo marrow, liver detox, and fatigue recovery

  • Prevent recurrence through p53 activation and mitochondrial repair

Healing in the Spirit – ER+/PR+ HER2– Breast Cance

Overview
This master herbal formula was created for women with Estrogen Receptor Positive (ER+) and Progesterone Receptor Positive (PR+) HER2– breast cancer. It is designed to complement conventional oncology care, supporting the body’s natural healing systems while remaining safe to take alongside chemotherapy, radiation, and hormone therapies.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and strengthened by Western botanical science, the 17 carefully selected herbs work synergistically to:

  • Support healthy hormone metabolism

  • Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress

  • Modulate immune function

  • Help maintain normal cell cycle regulation and apoptosis

  • Promote recovery and vitality during treatment

This formula is available in tincture and tea form, with the same core therapeutic action.

How It Works

Cancer thrives in a disrupted internal environment — chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalance, impaired immunity, and oxidative stress create the perfect conditions for tumor growth. This formula addresses those key drivers by:

  • Balancing Hormones Naturally – Supporting healthy estrogen metabolism and clearance

  • Calming Chronic Inflammation – Reducing tumor-promoting cytokines and pathways (NF-κB, COX-2)

  • Enhancing Immune Surveillance – Activating NK cells, T cells, and macrophages to recognize abnormal cells

  • Protecting Against Oxidative Damage – Neutralizing free radicals that can damage DNA

  • Supporting Healthy Cell Cycle Control – Encouraging normal apoptosis (programmed cell death) in abnormal cells
