Price

$15.00

Formula Overview:

This 17-herb botanical protocol was developed to support patients with ER+/PR+ HER2– breast cancer, targeting key tumor pathways, hormone modulation, immune restoration, and inflammation. It is designed for compatibility with chemotherapy, radiation, and/or post-treatment care, and is available in both tincture and tea form.

Each herb has been selected based on extensive peer-reviewed research, with emphasis on clinical relevance, active compound synergy, and safety. This formula does not function as a direct hormone blocker but supports estrogen metabolism, ER/PR modulation, and genetic repair (e.g. p53/PI3K pathways) through integrative mechanisms.

Clinical Integration Summary:

Ban Zhi Lian (Scutellaria barbata)Synergistic with Bai Hua, inhibits tumor angiogenesis VEGF suppression, immune regulation
Turmeric Root (Curcuma longa)Blocks proliferation of ER+ breast cancer via PI3K/AKT (PubMed: 31858281) Curcumin—anti-inflammatory, epigenetic modulator
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum)Enhances immune function; improves chemo efficacy Immune modulation, inhibits ER signaling
Zhi Mu (Anemarrhena)ER modulation, decreases inflammation, reduces aromatase activity Saponins—estrogen receptor balancing
Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra)Liver detox, estrogen metabolism Phase I/II, adaptogenic Antioxidant, modulates CYP450 pathways
Chi Shao (Red Peony Root)Anti-inflammatory, blood mover, anti-metastatic in vitro COX-2 inhibition, apoptosis pathways
Moringa Leaf (Moringa oleifera)Blocks proliferation of ER+ breast cancer cells (PMC6423317) Flavonoids—ER downregulation, antioxidant
Dandelion Root (Taraxacum)Liver support, detoxifies estrogens; induces apoptosis Mitochondrial activation, hormone clearance
Gan Cao (Licorice Root)Balances other herbs, harmonizes digestion; mild phytoestrogen Triterpenoids—mucosal protection, gentle modulation
Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor)Widely used in integrative oncology; proven immune support PSK/PSP—stimulates dendritic and T cells
Qing Hao (Artemisia annua)Synergistic with chemo, shown to reduce tumor size (PMC3162786) Ferroptosis induction, ROS generation
Shan Yao (Dioscorea opposita)Supports spleen/immune health, modulates estrogen indirectly Stabilizes digestion, antioxidant support
Soursop Leaf (Annona muricata)Inhibits NADPH oxidase, targets mitochondrial function in cancer cells Acetogenins—anti-proliferative, p53 modulator
Green Tea Leaf (Camellia sinensis)EGCG inhibits ER+ cell growth, suppresses metastasis Angiogenesis inhibitor, PI3K/AKT pathway suppression

Compatibility Notes:

  • Chemotherapy: No known contraindications. Several herbs (Astragalus, Reishi, Turkey Tail, Dang Gui) enhance hematologic recovery and reduce side effects such as fatigue and immune suppression.

  • Radiation Therapy: Formula is compatible. Antioxidant balance avoids excess ROS neutralization that could interfere with treatment efficacy.

  • Tamoxifen or Aromatase Inhibitors: While not a replacement, this formula supports estrogen metabolism and ER balance without increasing receptor stimulation. Herbs such as Zhi Mu, Green Tea, and Moringa show modulation, not mimicking.

Clinical Goals:

  • Promote apoptosis of ER+/PR+ breast cancer cells

  • Regulate estrogen metabolism and receptor signaling

  • Reduce inflammation and modulate immune checkpoints

  • Support post-chemo marrow, liver detox, and fatigue recovery

  • Prevent recurrence through p53 activation and mitochondrial repair
